Engel & Völkers represents buyer for Bristol’s highest priced land sale in 2023 Engel & Völkers of Barrington East Bay announced today that global real estate advisor, Kim Marion, represented the buyer in a unique waterfront sale in the luxury Poppasquash Point. The 3.9-acre, waterfront land parcel located at 4 Portside Drive in Bristol sold for $1.6 million, making it the highest priced land sale in Bristol in 2023 and the second highest priced land sale in Bristol in the last five years, according to the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
