The one-of-a-kind scene made everyone clap in celebration: Dolphins save dogs from drowning in canals in Florida (VIDEO)

Image
Dolphins are smart, curious mammals who frequently receive praise for saving both people and other Animals when they are in trouble. They are renowned for being playful but can also be unpredictable and protective. There are several tales of dolphins steering ships through choppy waters or protecting people from sharks.. In this incident, a little cinnamon-brown terrier that got ʟᴏst in the choppy waters of a canal near Marco Island, Florida, was rescued by a group of dolphins. A pod of dolphins must have spotted the small dog as it struggled to remain afloat. The weary dog was spotted being prodded on the water’s surface by one of the dolphins with his snout, while another dolphin was seen getting under the dolphin to help it stay afloat. The dolphins appeared to be aware of what they needed to do to keep the dog alive and attract onlookers who could aid in the dog’s rescue from the deep ocean. Quickly, the onlookers dialed the fire department. The swiftly approaching fir...

Things are starting off strong as we're only three months into the year, and we've already got the first song from the Game 's official soundtrack, Reality in the Dark. Related: Kingdom Hearts 3 Deserves A Second Chance On Critical Mode Interestingly, Square Enix itself hasn't shared the track officially yet, instead putting it on the Kingdom Hearts 20th-anniversary vinyl LP box as a bonus track alongside the rest of the songs in the series. Kingdom Hearts fans who bought the vinyl LP, like YouTube user UmbraMuninn, have thankfully ripped the song from the vinyl and put...

by David Brussat, Architecture Here and There, contributing writer Editor’s note: This is the bottom half of the 22nd and final chapter, “The Downcity Plan,” from Lost Providence . Chapter 22 concludes Part II of the book, whose final two chapters record the two major projects that sparked the Providence renaissance, which followed a series of major hiccups in the city’s development, which have been described in the other chapters of Part II, reprinted here over the past several months. The epilogue, which I’ve not yet decided to reprint, sums up the lessons Providence and other cities should learn from our city’s recent decades of History . *** Months prior to my interlude at the window of the Turk’s Head Club with Journal publisher Metcalf [see Chapter 19, “We Hate That”], while in town for my first interview with the paper, I went to fetch a shirt at a laundry in the Arcade near my hotel, the Biltmore. I entered from Westminster Street. Afterward, I exited the Arc...

Quick facts When is it? Every March 21st Tagged as Hobbies & Activities What are the hashtags? #CommonCourtesyDay #NationalCommonCourtesyDay Have we missed something? The Empty Coffee Pot in the break room… The cardboard tube dangling from the toilet paper holder, left untended and unchanged by the one who made it bare. The US Navy has produced some of the world’s best naval aircraft and exported them to allies all around the world. They operated some of the very best naval aircraft during WW2, following that, the likes of the F-4 Phantom and the F-14 Tomcat continued that tradition during the Cold War. Today the Navy’s advanced F-18 Super Hornet and the brand new F-35C Lightning II are perhaps without equal in navies around the world. The US Naval air force is in its own right one of the largest and most powerful air forces in the world. The U.S. Marine Corps is its sister service who also operates more aircraft of its own. The Navy operates some 532 Boeing F/A-18E/Fs alone — that is more than the total number of aircraft in service for most air forces around the world. Here are the Navy’s top aircraft carrier-based aircraft during its History . 8/8 Douglas SBD Dauntless The Douglas SBD Dauntless was the venerable American naval diver bomber of World War 2 and is perhaps best known...
